In this session, the University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM) and implementation partner Synch-Solutions, will present the rapid implementation methodology being employed at UAM to complete a comprehensive implementation of Campus Solutions, Finance and HCM applications – with associated institutional transformation – in just 15 months. Traditionally, the full-scale implementation process – from startup to production environment – has run much longer, frequently exceeding two years. Long-term implementations run up extraordinary costs and take the institution’s focus off of strategic goals. In this session, you will learn about the benefits to UAM of taking a rapid implementation approach and about the Synch-Accelerator methodology employed.
