Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) has recently undertaken a review of all the student administration-related processes with a view to providing an enhanced and consistent student experience. These institutional processes have been mapped using Triaster. This tool was chosen for a number of reasons including outlook of the company, ease of use of the product and the ability to enhance maps using additional documentation – most notably UPK training materials for the LJMU corporate systems (including Oracle HCM and Oracle Financials). With the transition from Oracle Student System to Campus Solutions, LJMU has an unrivalled opportunity to truly embed the recommendations of the Student Experience Review using the integration of the three systems to demonstrate a seamless relationship between process and procedure.
