What are “Volunteer Initiatives” and how in the world do you use them?

Alumni Leaders are some of the most important friends you can have. Their continued participation in your institution is vital to the success of many projects and campaigns. Recording their roles in various committees and advisory boards can be a challenge. Cornell has pushed the boundaries of Volunteer Initiatives and utilized the structures that are offered to create a way to track our myriad advisory councils, alumni committees, and our board of trustees.

This presentation will share our successes and our challenges in creating tracking of our alumni leaders and reporting on their participation.
