Our Initial objective was to try to setup workflow using the delivered workflow path and the setup of ‘Approval Setup’ for Expenses. However, the delivered T&E Approval path did not meet the University’s requirement but we were able to utilize the underlining delivered workflow Approver Categories. In order to accomplish our objective, we had to define a custom workflow path, while doing this we encounter several issues such as: >> Effective date logic, >> Path and Step level criteria on Process Definitions >> Project Manager’s and Supervisor selection Approval process flow >> Stage Number on the Process Definitions vs. Stage Identifier on the Transaction Definition >> Required changes to the Expenses installation Options Page For Questions / Assistance - Email: support@alliance-conference.com - Phone: 602-734-5356 This event is hosted by the Higher Education User Group, Inc., which also handles all financial related processing |
