The State of California has undergone an enormous budget crunch - the largest in history! Since The California State University is partially funded by taxpayer dollars, several measures have been taken to streamline enrollment and facilitate graduation. Through customizations to enrollment processing using a pre-COBOL program, we are successfully preventing students from exceeding limits on repeats, withdrawals and incompletes.
