Population Selection, one of the new tools available in Campus Solutions 9.0, can be used in a variety of ways. One project implemented at West Chester University combines Population Selection with a 3C Trigger to assign communications to groups of people and organizations in batch. This presentation will walk through the project, indicating key elements and decisions made in order to create a successful outcome.
