Boise State University has used the PeopleSoft calculated payment plan functionality since Fall 2003 in v8; and since Spring 2009 in v9. This session will cover the payment plan setup; how and why we made changes to our business processes to make the delivered v9 plan work for us; what happens when adjustments are made to the student account; why the v9 self service functionality eliminated the need for modifications; and how student payments and the billing process play important roles in the plan's calculations and adjustments. Troubleshooting tips will be shared throughout the session, so that when you head back to work you will be Ready & Set to Calculate!
