Indiana University (IU) went live with Campus Solutions 9.0 in February 2008, but we continued to use the older non-interactive degree progress report until May 2009. The time from February 2008 to May of 2009 was used to modify the interactive report so that it fit better into IU business practices. Those modifications include putting a transcript back at the top of the audit, allowing AAR programmers to decide which courses in a course list display as options to take and which do not, more user-friendly “What if" functionality, and several more. This presentation documents our transition from the non-interactive report to the AAR and describes the modifications we made during the transition.
