During this presentation, we will discuss OUHSC’s innovative process for printing checks on a whim. This process allows AP, Bursar, and Payroll to issue emergency checks. It also allows for refunds without adding vendors to your vendor file. We will discuss initiating the process, entering the payment information, and printing the check. We will also discuss the precautions to take when issuing “on demand” checks.
