We retired our Enterprise Portal and needed to fulfill some additional requirements for local branding look and feel. Some research (and trial and error) allowed us to select a method to achieve our goals without significant customization to the baseline CS product. Using PeopleTools to create a WEBLIB - and very simple to understand PeopleCode, some security setup, and a little testing we were able to accomplish our goals.
