The purpose of this presentation is to discuss the innovative procedures OUHSC has implemented to generate popup messages. Using vendor types, popups are generated when posting payments to foreign vendors and to companies operating under an SSN. OUHSC also utilizes the Custom Tab of Vendor Information to pull in employee information from HR. This information is then used to generate a popup for foreign employees. These popups aid with proper employee/independent contractor identification and foreign withholding/reporting.
