This workshop will explain how to use various tracing and debugging utilities within the Peoplesoft Enterprise suite of products to help resolve issues of both a technical and functional nature. We will explain how to acquire and interpret Peoplecode and Online SQL traces, Cobol SQL traces and Application Engine traces, providing examples and walkthroughs. Customers may bring their own traces of issues with demo or customizations to review as part of the workshop, provided there is no production or identifying data within the trace. The type of problems being reviewed will include performance problems as well as general technical failures and functional problems.
