The Alliance 2008 conference is an annual event that provides Oracle Alliance Partners and other vendors with public sector ties a terrific opportunity to interact with more than 4600 individuals from Higher Education Institutions and Federal, State & Local Government agencies. Vendors can participate in the conference in several ways; as session co-presenters, as an exhibitor in the exhibit area, in exhibitor sponsored presentations and as a conference sponsor. Guidelines for Participation - An Adobe PDF file that provides the general guidelines, rules and regulations for exhibiting vendors. As part of completing the application and contract form, you will be required to accept to the full terms within this document, so please review carefully.
Application and Contract Form - When you are ready to join our growing sponsor and exhibitor list, have your conference contact fill out and mail/fax this form immediately to ensure the best choices of booth location and selection to Paul Schneider of Socious.
Socious, Inc. has been contracted by the Alliance 2008 conference to handle all of our Exhibitor and Sponsorship sales. Please contact Paul Schneider from Socious for more information on being a sponsor or exhibitor.

Vendor Track Presentations - Exhibitors presenting a vendor track at Alliance 2008 have until December 22, 2007 to submit the name of the session and the names of the presenter. It will be assumed that any vendor that has not done so by December 22, 2007 does not wish to present a session. As a result the room assigned for this session will be freed up and return to the Program Chair to be assigned for other purposes. It is important that you get your information in early as session times will be assigned on a first come first served basis.
While December 22, 2007 is the deadline for submission of a vendor track session, please remember that attendees will first register and then be allowed to select sessions they wish to attend. It may be prudent for you to have your submissions as soon as possible so that attendees can select your session as one they wish to attend. Presentations should be sent to George Mulloy (gmulloy@socious.com ) who is managing the vendor track sessions for the Alliance 2008 Conference.
Vendor Agenda Advertisement Specs - As part of your sponsorship you may have a full page or quarter page ad that you can submit for the agenda. To download the specs for the full page ad, click HERE . To download the specs for the quarter page ad, click HERE . All ads should be in 300 dpi and provided in a print quality .PDF format. All ads are due by January 1, 2008 and are to be sent to rnb@blackburnconsulting.ca .
Vendor Events - Vendors are encouraged to set-up events for customers after the Vendor Open House Event Tuesday night as well as Wednesday night since there will be no concert this year.
