The following table provides a summary of important dates leading up to the Alliance2008 conference for all participating exhibitors. The list is updated as new information becomes available so please check back often!

| Last date for Conference Bag Inserts to be received. Bag inserts are to be 8.5 x 11 sheets of paper or smaller. No "giveaway" items will be accepted. Inserts are to be printed by the vendor and shipped using ONLY the Bag Stuffing Label . Do not use the shipping label for your booth, if you do, they will not make it into the bags. There will be 4800 conference bags that will be stuffed.

See Exhibitor Kit for shipping labels. | | March 10, 2008 | Exhibitor Move In from 8:00am - 8:00 pm | | March 11, 2008 | Exhibit Hall Open 9:00-3:30 & 4:30-6:30 (Exhibitor Open House) The Exhibit Hall will close from 3:30-4:30 to prepare for the Exhibitor Open House event. It will open again at 4:30pm for the Exhibitor Open House Event.
