Exhibitor Information The Alliance 2012 conference will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort March 18-21, 2012 and is an annual event that provides Oracle Alliance Partners and other vendors with public sector ties a terrific opportunity to interact with more than 3300 individuals from Higher Education Institutions and Federal, State & Local Government agencies. Vendors can participate in the conference in several ways; as session co-presenters, as an exhibitor in the exhibit area, in exhibitor sponsored presentations and as a conference sponsor. Special Marketing Opportunities for Alliance 2012 – In addition to the excellent marketing opportunities provided in the sponsorship prospectus above, we are pleased to offer several special marketing opportunities for Alliance 2012. These sponsorships provide our vendor partners with a variety of unique opportunities to reach out to our Alliance attendees, including the Alliance 2012 Golf Tournament, venue specific opportunities, and our extremely popular "Vendor Night". Exhibitor Kit - Exhibitor Kit available – click here to download Vendor Presentations - Vendors have the ability to purchase a 60 min. vendor track presentation. Historically, attendance at these sessions have been much higher the earlier they are submitted. ALLIANCE 2012 will be mixing vendor sessions in with all other sessions (in the past the vendor track sessions were held concurrently). As such it is imperative that ALL vendor session submissions be submitted prior to the agenda being published later this fall to ensure that your session can be selected as attendees prepare their personal conference agendas. To buy a vendor presentation, add it as a marketing option to your sponsorship when you buy online.
