PSAV Computer & Audio Visual Order Forms – Available in the Exhbitor Kit. In Conjunction With Events–Any vendor that is planning to host an in-conjunction-with (ICW) event must arrange this with conference management. To hold an ICW event, please complete the ICW form and send it in. Catering during Conference -During the Opening Reception, Alliance 2012 will be providing food and beverages for the attendees in the Exhibit Hall. Vendors are also encouraged to provide additional food and beverage options in and around their booth for attracting attendees.
