The following table provides a summary of important dates leading up to the Alliance 2008 conference for all participating exhibitors. The list is updated as new information becomes available so please check back often!

June 16, 2008Exhibit space goes on sale!
July 14, 2008Call for Proposals begins. If you'd like to co-present a paper, check the guidelines and submit your proposals early! Or consider purchasing a exhibitor track session for your company.
September 12, 2008Call for Proposals closes.
 October 31, 2008
Last day for Vendor Track presentations to be submitted to George Mulloy (gmulloy@socious.com) to be available to attendees when early-bird registration opens.
November 3, 2008Early-Bird Registration begins – check registration dates & rates and register early!
December 13, 2008Regular Registration Begins
January 5, 2009Exhibitor Kit will be available.
January 9, 2009Payment for sponsorships due.
 January 23, 2009Last day to get in advertisements for the conference agenda. Email to rnb@blackburnconsulting.ca. Full Page and cover ad specs are HERE. Quarter page ad specs are HERE. Submit ads in high resolution/print quality PDF file format. Further PDF specs can be found HERE. The colors should be set as 4 colors (CYMK) this is how the ads will be printed.
January 24, 2009Late Registration Begins
February 20, 2009
First date to start receiving booth materials at Freeman Warehouse to be sent to your booth. There is a handling charge for using this service. Please see Exhibitor Kit for details. To ship to Freeman warehouse you MUST use THIS label.
February 20, 2009First day to ship materials to be stuffed in conference bags that attendees receive. This is only available to Platinum, Gold and Silver vendors. You MUST use THIS label to ship bag stuffing materials. Do not use the booth materials label. Each Platinum, Gold and Silver vendor gets one 8.5" x 11" piece of paper or smaller that can be added to the conference bag. No items other than paper of the appropriate size will be accepted. We recommend you send 4000 inserts to be in all conference bags.
 February 20, 2009Deadline to get your pre-conference email to Paul Schneider.
March 13, 2009
Last day to ship to Freeman warehouse are regular rates. Any shipment received after this date is subject to higher rate. See Exhibitor Kit for Details.
March 13, 2009
Last day to receive materials for conference bag stuffing. Materials received after this day will not be in the conference bag.
March 22, 2009 Direct Shipments of booth materials can be received at convention center. Any shipments received prior to this day will be denied. To ship to the convention center you MUST use THIS label.
March 22, 2009 Exhibitor Move In from 8:00am - 5:00 pm
March 23, 2008 Exhibit Hall Open 9:30-3:30 & 4:30-6:30 (Exhibitor Open House) The Exhibit Hall will close from 3:30 -4:30 to prepare for the Exhibitor Open House event. It will open again at 4:30pm for the Exhibitor Open House Event.
March 24, 2009Exhibit Hall Open 9:30-4:00
March 24, 2009 Exhibit Hall Tear down starts at 4:00 pm. Please do not start breaking down your booth until then.
