January 4, 2010
Last day to get in advertisements for the conference agenda. Email to rnb@blackburnconsulting.ca. Full Page and cover ad specs are HERE. Quarter and Half page ad specs are HERE. Submit ads in high resolution/print quality PDF file format. Further PDF specs can be found HERE. The colors should be set as 4 colors (CYMK) this is how the ads will be printed.

Pre-Conference attendee list sent to Silver, Gold and Platinum vendors.You will receive 2 lists. One of attendees asking to be contacted via email and others asking to be contacted via regular mail. You will get the email address included in the contact information for those that want to be contacted via email. For the others you will get contact info without email address.

Conference rate registration ends, late rate begins.
February 18, 2010
Last day to ship to Freeman Warehouse to receive early rate. Use THIS label to ship to the Freeman Warehouse.
February 24, 2010Last day for bag stuffing materials to be received and still make it in the conference bags. You MUST use THIS label on materials when sending in. Also, please notify Paul Schneider that boxes have been sent and on what carrier.This is only available to Platinum, Gold and Silver vendors. Do not use the booth materials label. Each Platinum, Gold and Silver vendor gets one 8.5" x 11" piece of paper or smaller that can be added to the conference bag. No items other than paper of the appropriate size will be accepted. We recommend you send 3000 inserts to be in all conference bags.

Exhibitor Move in from 8:00am - 4:00pm ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET-UP BY 4:00pm.

6:00pm - 9:00pm Exhibit Hall Open. Opening Reception to be held in Exhibit Hall
March 1, 2010
9:00am - 3:30pm Exhibit Hall Open. Dedicated time for attendees to visit exhibit hall from 1:45- 3:15
March 2, 2010
9:00am - 3:15 Exhibit Hall Open. Dedicated time for attendees to visit exhibit hall from 10:30am - noon.
March 2, 2010
3:15 Exhibit Hall closed, exhibitors can start tear-down of booths.
March 5, 2010
