In Conjunction With Events– Any vendor that is planning to host an in-conjunction-with (ICW) event must arrange this with the hotel. Catering during Conference - During the Opening Reception, Alliance 2010 will be providing food and beverages for the attendees in the Exhibit Hall. Vendors are also encouraged to provide additional food and beverage options in and around their booth for attracting attendees.
