PSAV Computer & Audio Visual Order Forms – Available in the Exhbitor Kit.

In Conjunction With Events– Any vendor that is planning to host an in-conjunction-with (ICW) event must arrange this with the hotel. For further information on ICW's and hotel charging related to them, and where to submit the completed forms, please contact Paul Schneider at pschneider@heug.org or 602-734-5353.

Catering during Conference - During the Opening Reception, Alliance 2010 will be providing food and beverages for the attendees in the Exhibit Hall. Vendors are also encouraged to provide additional food and beverage options in and around their booth for attracting attendees. To order food and beverage for this event, please contact Paul Schneider at pschneider@heug.org or 602-734-5353.
