The Southeast Atlantic Regional User Group (SEARUG) is a newly formed HEUG Community serving the southeast region of the United States. Membership is targeted at higher education institutions using or implementing Oracle systems in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, West Virginia, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee.

The first SEARUG regional conference is scheduled for October 20 - 21, 2011 on the campus of Duke University in Durham, NC. We are planning to have sessions covering all aspects of Campus Solutions, as well as sessions geared to the more technical areas of Oracle applications. There will also be module-specific breakout sessions and an evening reception for all vendors and attendees. Something unique to the SEARUG, we will be presenting an opening session which will include a panel discussion for sponsoring vendors, providing you a chance to review the issues and opportunities you see coming over the next several years.
