Request Login
Getting a login is a simple process if your institution or agency already has a profile entered in our system. Please see the note at the bottom of this page regarding institution/agency requirements.
Fill out the following form - if you are from a domain matching an institution in our system we'll get a login out right away. Otherwise a support representative will manually review your request (this may take up to 1 business day)
HEUG / SLG / FUN Website Group Requirements
In order to get a login, we require a profile to be entered into our system, and be updated by a representative every six months. If you are the first person from your organization to request a login, please click the appropriate link below to get a copy of our our current profile survey. Fill out the survey completely, and then email it to the support addres listed in the document. After completeing the inital survey, we will grant you access to our online tools along with an unlimited number of employees from your your institution / agency as long as your profile is kept current.
