Alliance is next week and we here at Nelnet Campus Commerce are not only excited to be attending in person, but also to be presenting a session! For those interested in product implementation and integration, our session on what it takes to have a successful implementation is for you!
We’ll discuss the keys to a successful implementation and share tips, strategies, and pitfalls to avoid. From prioritization and executing a multi-phased approach to transparency, communication strategies, and problem-solving – we’ll cover a range of best practices.
Joining our session will be members of the North Dakota University System who will discuss the keys to their successful and complex implementation project. Additionally, our panel will share considerations when working with departments across campus to establish eCommerce solutions and the benefits of real-time integration.
