Northern Illinois University went live with our PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 upgrade in early October 2018. For admissions the most important piece of new functionality was the fluid self-service. We went live with the delivered baseline functionality and have been pleased with the enhanced information we can provide to applicants in different stages of their application process.Fluid applicant self-service now offers so many delivered setup options, allowing each institution control over when decisions are released, to whom and what to say for each stage of the application process, the possibilities are endless.
