Rather than relying on manual processes and training through automation compliance with your institution's designated process and requirements can become just that, automated. Presenters will cover how organizations can utilize available contemporary mechanisms to automate compliance with their prescribed processes. Compliance case studies will cover automating various requirements/scenarios including Standard Forms (I-9 and integration with the E-Verify system from the Department of Homeland Security); Institution-unique policies (faculty manuals presented only to professors); Locality (different forms/policies for different departments or colleges); and HR transaction-unique requirements (enforcing particular workflow approval routing for certain Job Changes such as increasing compensation more than 5%).
