Campus Digital Assistant A Helpdesk Solution to Improve Applicant, Student and Faculty Experience

In today’s busy world, information needs to be available on-demand, easy to access, and relevant. Higher Education can take advantage of Artificial Intelligence to help meet these expectations and modernize the overall student experience. Students can gain immediate answers on their own time and reduce the workload of the typical support staff. However, simply supplying canned responses is only part of the equation. A fully immersed AI should not only answer common questions, but should also be able to tailor the experience specific to the user by providing multiple communication channels, be able to process student transactions within PeopleSoft, and be able to proactively notify students of actions that are required of them.
