All institutions strive to improve level of services offered especially during peak times. During this session, Lone Star College will share experience and strategy used with load testing PeopleSoft Interaction Hub and Campus Solutions 9.2 applications. The focus will be on JMeter and CloudTest covering differences in using these products to gather helpful performance metrics. Lone Star College will also highlight other monitoring tools including mPulse and Splunk to gauge user experience. The objective is for the audience to gain insight into our overall continuous testing and monitoring strategy.
