Moody Bible Institute needed to transition from a third party vendor to Campus Solutions (CS) for faculty teaching contracts and data management. This cost-savings transition focused primarily on generating course and remuneration information in the faculty teaching contracts without the need of an integration with HCM. By using 3Cs, Person Attachments, Instructor/Advisor Tables, and other components in CS, we developed these teaching contracts with delivered functionality and created processes for managing faculty data and vetting information. We later developed a custom bolt-on to deliver these faculty contracts through the Portal (not required, but much nicer for tracking the signed contracts).
