College of Lake County (CLC) started testing Fluid Open Enrollment around the middle of March 2019 and by May 2nd, CLC had opened fluid Open Enrollment to employees for their benefits window (May 2 - May 22). I was worried about the complexity when I first saw this product too, but I am here to tell you that it was simple to set up and none of the very important downstream processes are affected. I would like to share how we set up fluid open enrollment, including testing, lessons learned, feedback received and any enhancements we would recommend. This is a great fluid technology to take advantage of.
