DePaul started working on the CS9.2, PT 8.55 upgrade in March 2017. We completed a very detailed Research phase in our TECH environments. This led us to set up a Sandbox environment for the Fit-Gap phase to assist our functional areas with their research. We then built out a DEV environment which was used for the Retrofits/Customization phase. Functional Testing Phase is currently ongoing in the QUA environments. This presentation will cover the challenges and lessons learned from each phase and will highlight how Fluid complications were reviewed/resolved.
