This session will discuss the conversion and use of the Advisement tables at CSU Long Beach. We'll dive into the basics of the SAA_ tables from the administrative set-up to batch processing. Our goal is to provide service excellence to our students and advisors. Automation is vital to support efficiency and reporting for Degree Planner, Platinum Analytics and the 2025 Graduation Initiative. Using the SAA_ tables has allowed for development of reports used to monitor degree progress and support student success. Several examples will be shared including batch audits, graduation processing and mass graduation status changes.
