I have been working on Peoplesoft HCM for last 14 years. I started my career in Peoplesoft HCM as an Application Developer at North Dakota University System then I became the Team Leader for the HCM technical team. During my time at North Dakota University System I was fortunate enough to be part of many successful projects and support 11 institutions. I assisted with successful upgrade of PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 to 9.1 and several PeopleTools upgrades. (8.49, 8.50, 8.51). Successful Implementation of PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), Manager Self Service functionalities with custom approval processes, Vendor Solution Integrations such as HighPoint, Clean Address, Custom bolt on Terminate Employee and New Employee On-boarding functionalities enabled me to broaden my technical expertise on PeopleSoft HCM. Our team was also responsible for production support to 11 institutions across several modules such as Payroll for North America, Commitment Accounting, Time and Labor, Base Benefits, Payroll distribution and TAM.
In 2016 I joined the University of Houston System as a Technical Analyst in PeopleSoft HCM team. Here I aided with successful implementation/Integration of custom interface to feed employee optional retirement contribution to third party vendor portal. Also assisted with several PeopleTools upgrades (8.55/8.57) and PeopleSoft HCM application upgrades (most recent Image 32). University of Houston System recently implemented Taleo with a custom integration process to feed and receive on-boarding data from Taleo system. UH System uses several HCM modules such as Payroll for North America, Commitment Accounting, Time and Labor, Base Benefits, Encumbrances, Payroll Distribution, Taleo, ESS, MSS, Total Rewards and many custom processes and interface to support several third part systems. My team is responsible for technical support for 3 other campuses for all these modules. . I have utilized most PeopleSoft tools such as application engines, integration broker, PeopleCode, XMLP, SQRs, application packages, PTF and AWE successfully and effectively to design, develop, implement and test various business processes and integrate various applications to work with PeopleSoft HCM modules.
