I have spent my entire 25+ year career in higher education, holding leadership positions in Academic Advising, Admissions, Financial Aid, and Student Services. While half of my time was spent in student-facing roles, the other half was dedicated to working in both IT and representing schools and departments for system implementations, project management and business analysis. I have built and led teams for SIS, CRM, interest assessment, basic skills assessment, and texting platform implementations at a wide variety of schools, including non-profit, for profit, career technical education colleges, private universities, and an online university. I also spent a year consulting with a global Salesforce partner with international corporate and higher education institution clientele. In my current role as the Enterprise CRM Program Owner for UW-Madison, I am working with schools, colleges, departments and units across campus to not only implement Salesforce, but also bring together siloed groups to collaborate on processes and share information to improve experiences for all university constituents.
