Bio

As the Associate Director for Student Information Systems, Stacy Mitchell manages a team of business analysts who serve as liaisons between functional users and IT personnel at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in Cleveland, Ohio. Stacy leads projects for multiple functional areas across all levels of staff, faculty, and administration.  She served as the functional lead, user experience lead, change management lead, and a member of the leadership team in 2018 when CWRU upgraded to CS 9.2 and completed 11 enhancement projects.  

Previously, Stacy served as a member of the ERP implementation project for Financials, HCM and CS focusing on training and communication.  During the implementation, she partnered with the CFO’s office to create a training certification program for the Financials system.

Stacy has volunteered with HEUG in the Project and Change Management Advisory Group.  Stacy earned certificates in executive coaching, emotionally intelligent leadership, and appreciative inquiry.  She is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, has an IIBA-approved certificate in Business Analysis, and is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) trained coach and a member of the ICF Cleveland chapter.  Stacy also has her Master’s in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Stacy holds certificates in executive coaching, lean six sigma green belt, appreciative inquiry as well as Emotional Intelligence Leadership through Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead Executive Education. She is a certified ICF trained coach through Duquesne University and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Cleveland chapter.  Through Baldwin Wallace University, Stacy earned a certificate in Business Analysis with all courses certified through the IIBA.
