I graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 2012 with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Before and after that, I've worked in administrative, customer service, and technical support roles across many fields.
I started at Sonoma State University in 2019 with broad technical experience but without any experience in PeopleSoft. I serve as the campus's lead functional analyst in the area of Campus Community.
I'm passionate about accessibility and business process improvement. I'm originally from Maine, but I've traveled extensively in the US and lived many different places. I've been in Santa Rosa, CA for 7 years now with my husband and a pair of scruffy dogs. In my spare time, I like to read, sing, and play video games.
