My Oracle eBusiness experience has spanned 3 major versions across multiple industries. I begin working with Oracle eBusiness as an co-op in college, developing on a new platform which would eventually become the Oracle Configurator. I have experiences in the manufacturing beginning with version 10.7SC through Order Entry, Sales and Marketing in 11i and most recently 13+ years years in Higher Ed working with the full suite of Financial modules include HR & Payroll in R12.1.
As the ERP Technical Team Lead I provide support for the application including database and SQL performance tuning, server and application administration, module configuration and setup, functional/business design, and development across the full range tools, I've worked closely with business partners to collaboratively leverage all eBusiness has to offer, recently, working with the Controller's Office and our Human Resources department to completely revamp our signatory approval processes, creating a flexible, consistent, and standardized approval flow for all transaction types.
In a cost conscious environment, I truly enjoy the opportunity to enhance our processes through integrations with other third party applications, continuously looking to improve the skills and tools sets available to my team.
