I have worked at the University of Colorado for over 18 years. I currently work on our Student IT Services Team as Student Financials Application Manager.
My experience at CU includes managing configuration and troubleshooting of Campus Solutions Student Financials and Campus Community modules for both the Continuing Education Division as well as for the Boulder main campus. I was the lead for the Boulder campus Student Financial Services office for over five years. Over that time we stabilized the Student Financials module from the 2010 go-live and implemented new functionality such as the Collections Module. I was the primary contact for new programming requirements and testing as well as for testing of all bundles and PeopleTools upgrades for that office.
I have attended several Alliance conferences and have presented at the 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018 conferences along with presenting two HEUG Webinars. I was the coordinator the Collection Whitepaper committee in 2014 as we gathered gaps, requirements and recommended solutions from CU and many other HEUG institutions that are currently using or intending to use the SF Collections Module and I served on a whitepaper committee for Campus Community's Duplicate Resolution process.
