Building on my ten years of operational and student retention excellence, I have the opportunity to craft the CX strategy for the Education unit of Moody. Working collaboratively with IT, marketing, and recruitment, I implement IT best practice with strategic goals to increase enrollment, improve user adoption, and provide key insights for C-level employees to make informed business decisions.

Recent accomplishments include successful migration of all recruitment efforts into Oracle Sales Cloud, full and seamless transition of marketing campaigns to Oracle Eloqua, and integrating these tools for an aligned sales funnel. Provide consultation to the publishing and radio divisions in system best practice and business analysis. I am Eloqua B2B Master Certified and working towards Luminary Certification.
