Jill has been supporting PeopleSoft systems in some capacity for almost 18 years, with the majority of that experience from within the Education/Higher Education industry. Starting her career in application development, Jill began in a technical role in support of multiple delivered and non-delivered business processes of the PeopleSoft HRMS system throughout numerous upgrades. HRMS modules supported include Payroll for NA, Benefits Administration, Total Compensation, Self-Service, Profile Management, eRecruit/TAM, Position Management, Workforce Administration, HR to GL interface, Time & Labor, and more. She then moved into a functional-technical role working directly with HRMS business process owners and end users. Jill also played a key role in support and development of multiple integration points between the HRMS system and external vendors/systems. Increasing knowledge of integrations for the HRMS system led to naturally supporting the PeopleSoft Financials Supply Chain Management (FSCM) system throughout the same timeframe. While supporting both HRMS and FSCM, Jill played a functional-technical lead role to integrate an external Warehouse Management System (WMS) with existing business processes. Once provided with the opportunity to move into the Higher Education industry for the University of Colorado, she joined the application development team supporting Student Information Systems (PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and CRM) in a senior-level technical role. Soon after, she stepped into a management role overseeing and driving the development efforts and process of four teams supporting multiple lines of business including Student Systems, Finance and HCM with the inclusion of the enterprise portal. When given the opportunity to re-engage with the HCM line of business full time, she enthusiastically accepted and is passionate about providing high-quality solutions while guiding strategic direction for systems executing HCM business processes in her current role.

Jill is originally from Illinois holding a bachelor's degree in Computer Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. While completing her undergraduate degree, Jill was a NCAA student-athlete competing against institutions across the United States. She currently resides in Denver and enjoys all that Colorado has to offer while supporting animal welfare causes.
