I started at the University of North Texas as a technical/developer for the Financial Aid area.  When we implemented PeopleSoft 8.0, I was a key member of the implementation team and worked closely with our customers during the implementation.  In 2009, I moved into being a Business Analyst and lead a team of four business analysts for the Campus Solutions module.  During that time, we moved from solely supporting UNT to working for the UNT System and supporting UNT, UNT Dallas, and the UNT Health Science Center.  In 2016, I moved into a resource manager position where I continued to manage the business analyst team as well as taking on two more of the Campus Solutions development teams.  During that time we upgraded to Campus Solutions 9.2 as well as implemented Fluid.  In 2020, I became the director over the Campus Solutions modules and teams, still supporting the institutions under the UNT System umbrella.  I missed my first Alliance Conference in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and really missed the knowledge and experience gained at the conference.
