Tracy has worked for the County of Ventura (California) for 27 years, and is currently the Employee Benefits Manager.  In addition to overseeing the County's Employee Benefits operations, Tracy is the lead for Benefits on the County's PeopleSoft team (duties include system maintenance, modifications, testing, query development, and serving on the County's PeopleSoft Steering Committee).

The County of Ventura is on HCM 9.2, and the County uses the following modules:

HR , Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Time and Labor, Enterprise Learning Management, Talent Management, and Employee/Manager Self Service.

Tracy is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership in the Public Sector. In her personal life, Tracy is a high school youth leader at her church and enjoys camping with her husband Ken and dog Toby as they ride their dirt bikes in the Mojave Desert.
