Mary-Ann has more than 30 years of experience in higher education at the University of Arkansas. She joined the student information team in 2004 during implementation as the director of communications.
She is currently the associate director of the system and also serves as a system security administrator, project manager for overarching projects, communications director and is actively involved in change management.
Mary-Ann has served in a number of roles as a HEUG volunteer for a number of years, including Chair of the Project and Change Management PAG, Track Chair for the Project Management & Lifecycle track for two years and Assistant Chair for an additional two years. She has also presented at a number of Alliance conferences. In addition, Mary-Ann is a conference committee member for the South Center HEUG Regional User Group (SCHRUG), the HEUG’s largest regional conference.
She holds a BSE from the U of A where she has also completed the Managing Projects certificate program. In addition, she has earned certification in a number of additional areas. Mary-Ann is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
