Sonia has been working as a Documentation and Training Analyst at Concordia University since January 2014. She provides training to Staff and Faculty on People Soft - Campus Solutions.
As an Instructional Designer, Sonia participates in the development and selection of the training strategies implemented at Concordia. Since she joined the institution, Sonia has been working with the Subject Matter Experts and the Sustainment team to learn about the processes that end-users have to complete in People Soft - Campus Solutions.
Sonia has experience creating training materials such as simulations, videos, and job aids. She has been working with the UPK Developer since 2014, as this has been the main tool used to develop training materials on People Soft – Campus Solutions. Sonia is also involved in the evaluation and selection of any additional tool that could be use to develop and deliver training for End-Users.
