Currently at Huron as a Senior Director in Student Lifecycle Solutions / Strategy, I previous served as Vice Provost for Enrollment Management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, overseeing recruiting, admissions, registrar, financial aid and enrollment processes, ensuring a competitive, well-prepared and successful undergraduate student experience.
Prior to that role, I was the Assistant Dean for Admissions & Academic Services and Chief Information Officer at the UW-Madison Graduate School, and from 2000-2003 I was Vice President of ApplyYourself, Inc., a college admissions consulting and technology company based in Fairfax, VA. I have a graduate degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
I have served as a HEUG Board member (2010-2020) and HEUG president (2013-2015) and have held several positions on the HEUG Executive Committee.
I have much experience working interculturally with global university colleagues, HEUG colleagues, and international students. I have been working with PS/Oracle products since 1996 as a developer, IT manager, CIO, Admissions dean, and now Vice Provost for Enrollment. My twenty years in working at the intersection of IT and “functional” roles, along with my HEUG officer and Board experience, gives me a unique and multifaceted view of Oracle products, both as a developer and executive sponsor; their history; and the company’s strategic plans. Also, my former university is one of the strategic design partners for the new Oracle cloud SIS, and I was an executive sponsor of that effort.
