I am currently serving as Sr. Business Analyst at Lone Star College - Consulting Services. My primary focus is to educate functional users features and fuctionalities within multiple Peoplesoft product family as well as serve as Enterprise Document Management Administrator. I am also involved in process improvement, innovation and development across multiple PeopleSoft product line as well as Document Management and Administration.
I have been with Higher Education for over a decade developing solutions, exploring Peoplesoft CS and HCM products' features and help businesses do their job effectively and efficiently. Prior to Lone Star College, I served as Associate Director for Technology at University of New Orleans.
I hold a Master's Degree in Computer Science, ITIL and ECM Administrator Certification. My grduate degree's thesis was on XML Tranformation and Integration Technologies.
