Dan Webb is an HR Business Analyst with the Office of Shared Information Services at UT System and is currently the functional lead for Leave Administration in the PeopleSoft Absence Management module. With more than 12 years of experience in the Human Resources environment in both the private and public sectors, Dan has strengthened himself in all areas of Human Resources Development. He has gained quick strength and knowledge implementing HRIS projects while using simplistic, analytical procedures that have effectively met the company's strategic visions and business protocols with customer-based values. With his extensive background in HR Generalist affairs, Dan has lead major HR projects including hands-on operations and functional work with HRIS systems management, PeopleSoft implementations and upgrades, and maintaining large-scale data analytics for administrative metrics and reporting.
Dan is an alumni of Colorado Technical University receiving a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration in Human Resources Management and graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dan is also an alumni of Columbia Southern University where he received his Master’s in Business Administration in Human Resources Management, graduating with highest honors. Dan is currently a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, the International Honor Society of Business, Management, and Administration, and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
