Tina Sharpling is HRIS Manager at The University of Texas at Dallas. Tina serves as functional lead in the Office of Human Resources for PeopleSoft HCM functionality, with a focus on benefits. She has been at UT Dallas for 24 years in a variety of roles and was one of the leads on the UTD PeopleSoft Implementation in 2011. Tina was also involved in upgrading PeopleSoft from Version 9.1 to Version 9.2 while implementing Benefitfocus as a pilot institution for The University of Texas System Office of Employee Benefits.
Tina has her Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing and Minor in Public Relations from McMurry University and earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) December 2016.
