Erica has over 20 years working experience in Human Resources in Higher Education. Currently Erica is responsible for the application planning, configuration, testing and documentation associated with production support, new development, customizations, upgrades and consolidation activities relevant to the PeopleSoft application.
Erica has worked on several implementations, upgrades and consolidations. In the 8.9 to 9.0 upgrade, Erica was the functional lead and provided subject matter expertise in the areas of recruiting, benefits and workforce administration. She was responsible for creating all documentation including test scripts, configuration guides, and business process guides as well as led the training and transfer knowledge to end users. Currently, the CSU is consolidating 23 campuses and the Chancellor's Office into a single institution and Erica is leading this effort for the Recruiting, Benefits Administration and Workforce Administration module. The CSU is also upgrading to version 9.2 and splitting from Campus Solutions. Erica is tasked with defining and documenting the requirements, conducting fit/gap and design sessions for 23 campuses and the CO, as well all documentation. Erica has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and a Masters in Public Administration.
