I am a former technical recruiter for a global consulting firm, moved into class/comp and recruiting for academic professionals at Illinois State University. From there, I served on a team to launch our first online applicant tracking and position description application, and then onto the PeopleSoft HCM functional team. I now serve in leadership on our HRIS team here and also teach a few courses through our General Education program. Our team is also responsible for some of the change management and training/learning for our campus.
