PCM Community Hour: If you want to grow, where do you go?

Dinosaurs went extinct because they stopped evolving. Well, maybe they actually got hit by a meteor, but you know what they say that a species needs to evolve in order to remain relevant. The same concept applies to our careers and the roles and responsibilities we play . We are living in an ever changing world and adaptability is important, however, even more important is growth. With that in mind we'd like to discuss opportunities for growth for project managers and want-to-be project managers.
