Employee termination and Offboarding

During this presentation (Discussion) we will share our implementation journey to enable employee online termination with offboarding features for 2,000 employees from Oracle PeopleSoft.  This deployment was largely standard, with a few customizations.

It was delivered over a 16 weeks with a small team. The functionality has enabled the customer to move away for paper-based forms to online Self Service functionality using a hand held device.

Key features enabled include:

• On-line requests for resignation or retirement by an employee
• On-line initiation of voluntary and involuntary separations by a manager
• Off boarding guide for employees, managers and coaches to work through all the steps
• Reminders, notifications and approvals for all relevant parties
• Off boarding surveys
